Recruitment

 

If you contact us for an advertised vacancy, or if you send us your CV / Resume proactively, we will store your CV, including any personal details contained within your CV such as your name, address, phone number, and email address, on our Application Tracking System (ATS) which is used to manage all Job Applications within our company.  We will use your personal information to assess your suitability for a role and should there be a match, we will contact you to discuss our open vacancies.  We will keep your CV on our systems for 6 months to allow us to complete the recruitment process, and to enable us to reach out to you to discuss other roles within our company that we think might be suitable for you.  At any time you may contact us to request that we delete your data from our systems.

 

  1. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected.

 

When assessing what retention period is appropriate for your personal data, we take into consideration:-
